Liebe Ruth, Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung zu Ihrem kürzlichen Aufenthalt im EMA House Hotel Suites. Es freut uns sehr, konnte der Komfort und die Ausstattung unserer Suiten überzeugen. Wir bedauern, dass Sie das Frühstückerlebnis als ungenügend empfunden haben. Im EMA House Hotel Suites wird das Frühstück seit jeher in der Suite serviert und grösstenteils sind die Rückmeldungen über die Vielfalt, Portionengrösse und das Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr positiv. Wir werden die Information zum Frühstück auf den Kanälen von Expedia jedoch überprüfen, nicht das weitere Gäste ein Buffet erwarten und dann über den Frühstückservice in der Suite enttäuscht sind. Wir hoffen sie konnten ihre Zeit im EMA House und in Zürich trotzdem geniessen. Es würde uns freuen, sie bei einem zukünftigen Besuch in Zürich wieder in einem EMA House willkommen zu heissen.
