Hotel is based close to the opera hotel and very close to the tram. Staff were very friendly and the "smiles" always make up for the little things. The room was compact but nice - comfortable bed and very clean - no iron in the room but once requested from reception - iron and iron board within 10 minutes - very efficient staff.
Morning breakfast in the restaurant and I had lunch there later that day, and again, staff extremely helpful, happy and the food was excellent. I and I must say that the staff do everything that they can to make you stay comfortable, stored my bag and coat there for the day
Highly recommend this hotel - but with the warning, the single room is compact

Tunnelmallinen hotelli
Hotellin sijainti oli loistava keskeinen rautatieasema (esim lentokentältä tullessa) sijaitsi parin korttelin päässä ja useita raitiovaunulinjoja kulki läheltä. Alueella oli myös paljon kivoja ravintoloita. Läheinen Zürichseen ranta oli aivan ihana jopa keskellä talvella, voin vain kuvitella millainen kesällä...
Hotellihuone oli melko avara, pöytätilaa ja kaappeja riittävästi, kokovartalopeili (tämän mainitsen aina erikseen..), kaunis ja putipuhdas kylpyhuone. Ainoastaan sänky ei ollut minun mieleeni (kylkeä kääntäessä patja jäi pomppimaan seuraavaksi viideksi minuutiksi). Huoneen sisustus oli vanhan ajan tyyliin mutta kaikki toimi loistavasti ja nykyaikaisesti (mm. wi-fi ja kylppärin suihkusysteemit). Henkilökunta oli huippuystävällistä ja auttavaista respasta siivoojaan.

Think again!
Beautiful hotel, but largly overpriced for what it is. Rooms are very small and you can hear your neighboors. Not again for such a price. Otherwise well situated.

loistava pieni hotelli mutta huoneessa saisi olla minibaari ...
