Wish I knew her name but receptionist tall blonde lady was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived in Zürich early morning with red-eye flight. Our check was at 3pm and she was able to get us in 1pm. We were able to get few hours of sleep before heading out to see the town. Thank you!

The location was good, the staff friendly, the rooms very small and sparse. I was woken up during the night as someone had taken a shower and the because of the heat from the hot water it set off the fire alarm, according to staff.

Excellent option. Very close to tram and main railway stations and lits of places to eat. Reasonably quiet. Room basic but spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, nice duvet although only one pillow per person. Decent shower in fair sized bathroom. Good WiFi. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine available. Nice continental breakfast although more variety would improve it. Very definitely a two star hotel but it is still good value for money by Zurich standards. Would happily stay here again.

We loved this place. The room was clean. And the staff were all so very friendly. It is a few streets from the river so very easily accessible to shopping and dining. Walkable from the HB station. Only downside was the noise from the street behind the room. It is a very popular street and had a lot of road noise throughout the night. However you should expect such things when staying downtown. We would for sure stay here again, and use the earplugs they kindly provide for each room.
