När jag bokar ett hotell centralt beläget som detta förväntar jag mig viss standard. Den uppfylldes inte. Inget säkerhetsskåp, inget kylskåp, ingen stol som var rimlig höjd för att arbeta vid skrivbordet, duschblandaren trasig, takduschen satt löst. Personalen var dock hjälpsam och menade väl.
