Perfect for that overnight connection

Comfortable bed ,and a 8 minutes walk to the terminal. Coffee pod machine with milk and sugar supplied. Perfect for an over overnights stay

We needed a room that was convenient for our early morning flight. The Hyatt Place is located in The Circle, a business and shopping mall that is a short walk to ZRH. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets.

Clean and contemporary room, comfy bed, nice size shower, great for a one-night stay before our flight. The only negative was the first lady we encountered at the front desk when we initially approached. She seemed quite bothered to be helping us check in. Another lady took over from her because she couldn't figure out the computer system, and the second lady was much kinder.

Check in staff was very inefficient. One of us skipped us and helped the next person. The other one was on the phone the entire time. Saw us still stayed on the phone. It took a while to get our keys. We went back to get a second set of keys later and the guy was still on the phone. Wack hotel. Never again.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, convenient that it is walkable to the airport. The only reason I have it a 4 star is it is very cold and there is no way to make the room warmer. We froze here!!!

Not much place to launge around. Even though I prepaid my stay in Feb 2025 through Orbitz, I still was charged for the full amount again by the hotel. I am still spending time to get refund. I have a membership but some stuff can find it but others cannot. Suspicious.

Efficient and excellent choice for airport or city

This was a quick one-night stay for an onward journey to the US. The hotel is an easy covered walk from the airport which is also very well connected by a 10-minute train to the city. There are great restaurant options in the Circle, which is the complex where this hotel is located. Our favorite was Negishi.

Could Have Been Better

I would think for over $650.00 a night the breakfast should have been included. The sofa bed was two different heights which made an uncomfortable night of sleeping
