Clean room, convenient location. Would have loved if the airport shuttle was available between noon and 4 pm. Also, staff pointed me to the train into Zurich, but didn’t explain how to get to it. Because of construction it wasn’t obvious.

The room was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. The hotel is a 5-minute cab ride (22 euros! Yikes!) from the airport; you can reportedly also get there by tram. Every 20 minutes during most of the day, there is a free shuttle back to the airport. The staff were very nice. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, was outstanding! It had almost everything you could want other than an omelet station. Even (to my astonishment) pine nuts, which are delicious, and $22 a pound in the U.S. Would definitely stay here again.

The instructions sent were bad. I notified the hotel that we're would be arriving after 11pm and was told to take the team a it was a short walk. When we got off there was no indication which way to go. Most streets that looked like they went to the hotel were closed for construction and the streets were poorly lit. After 5 false routes we finally found the right one but there were no lights and it went through a tunnel. This brought us to the rear of the hotel. Again no signs to reception eventually we go to our room but there was only one bath towel for a "family room" with two people. The room was very hot and there was no obvious way to adjust the temperature.

Close to the airport with hotel provided transport. Excellent breakfast but diners are on the pricey side with little to no lesser priced options. Found a half empty bottle of water in our room when we first arrived, which suggested that cleaning was not up to par. If traveling and in need of a close hotel to the airport, this would be an option.

Old, old, old property in dire need of refurbishment. Carpets are stained and filthy, plumbing in the room was old and the sink would not drain. Just no pride in this place

The first room I got the shower walls were very dirty the second room the ceiling had cracks in it and the bathroom shower was still dirty but not as bad as the first one. The staff was friendly. I took video of the bathroom and the bed was worsted I ever seen in a hotel. They offer shuttle service but for free but they didn’t mention that from 12:01pm to 4pm there is no free shuttle to the airport you would have to pay CHF 20

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant was kind enough to “squeeze us in” even though they were booked up with reservations. Our meal was excellent and servers were really great. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable, and the airport shuttle is super convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
