Black mold on bathroom tiles. Our room’s deadbolt did not work. People can open our door without using any keycard even the door was locked from inside. Staff was rude and tried to close the elevator door when my 4 years old son was pushing the suitcase into the elevator. When I kept the door open, the staff played dumb and said he did not know we wanted to go down. Absolutely not recommend

The hotel is convenient for the airport but only if you can get there. We were told there is a complementary shuttle bus but were not told that it stopped running at 23:00. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 21:30 but was delayed and we just missed the last bus. We then had to take an Uber at our own expense. Check-in was fine. The room decor was dated and could do with modernisation; for example, there were no power points or USB sockets by the bed. The bathroom was a strange shape and layout with lots of sharp tiled corners; whose idea was that? The double bed had two separate duvets, which was strange to us. My duvet had lost all its filling so was basically a thin blanket. We had the air con on because my husband was boiling, and I was freezing! We didn’t realise our duvets were of such different thickness. Breakfast wasn’t included and would have cost another CHF 23 - no, thank you. There is a convenient tram stop nearby which we were told about when we checked out. We went back to the airport that way to pick up our hire car.

Good stopover

Hotel was fine, just air conditioning wasn’t working. Didn’t have toilet paper in bathroom but that was resolved quickly. Location was great and shuttle service to airport was helpful.

The lobby and staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room, however, was not the cleanest, smelled awful, hot, and noisy from some sort of machine or fan that turned on and off continuously. The bathroom had black mold in the bathtub and the towel actually had holes in them. The bed was not a double, it was two singles put together. The “mattress” was basically two single mattress pads on a box spring. Just a very tired and worn property which was in contrast to the lobby area.

I stayed at your hotel on July 22. The room 517 looked clean, but during the night I woke up several times. About 12 hours later, I developed red, itchy bites all over my body. This was very uncomfortable and likely caused by bed bugs. Please check the room. I would appreciate your help, thank you
