Staff was fantastic, I loved my room with the view of the courtyard and the bell was so comforting and romantic. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I had a great omelette and lots of nibbles. Superb location! The only downside might be the corporate feel - almost a sterile cleanliness that felt institutional and not as boutique hotel as I expected.

The hotel was in a perfect location and was very clean and updated with large rooms, considering being in Europe. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of options and the staff are great! I highly recommend this location if you want to do old town Zürich. Only a 20 minute walk to the train station too. Public transportation is within minutes as well.
