Very convenient location. Best if you just need a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time in your room. Room was small and a bit shabby. Hotel staff was great.

Great location, 2min walk from the main train station, and if you like beer make sure to get a pint at Nelson pub. Clean and quiet room. Very friendly staff. Small room but cozy. Has an elevator, which is convenient. For USD 300 a night (with breakfast), it was a very good value. Breakfast was small but with good options. The cappuccino was great, creamy and delicious.

On arrival we were able to easily leave our bags behind reception as we were very early after arriving from our flight. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in at around midday which was really appreciated! The room was clean, cosy and warm. Plenty of space and lovely White Company products in the bathroom! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but the bar was very nice and we had some lovely cocktails in the evening. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Also a perfect location to access everything in the city. Thank you!

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The location is perfect if you are using Zürich HB station, as only one minute away, and great for shopping and sightseeing too

This was not the most wonderful hotel I've stayed at but it was a solid good stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating when needed. They allowed us to drop off our bags before check in time, which was very helpful. The room felt like I was staying at a friend's grandparents' house because the decor was old style and a bit outdated. However, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet in spite of being on the 2nd floor, and the bathroom was clean. So overall it served its purpose. It felt a little bit overpriced for what you get but the location is really this hotel's best feature. Super close to the main station and easy to get everywhere.
