Fabulous location! 2 minutes walk to a main line station and a short bus ride to the airport. Hotel room was lovely. Spacious, everything I needed was available. TV , Towels, toiletries all included. Check in was easy via the touch screen and staff were available if help was needed. Breakfast was good too. Really enjoyed that. Supermarket directly across the street or a 5 minute walk to the manor supermarket for late night snacks. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Zurich.

Modern and clean, but overengineered. There is no rhyme or reason for which switch turns on which lights or how the curtains open. The hotel isn't too far away from the airport, but walking would take a while. Since I had an early flight, I ordered a shuttle the night before. At 5am the next morning, the reception was closed. While there are self-checkout machines, if anything goes wrong, there is no one around to help. I waited 20 minutes outside for the shuttle, but none came. Already late, I had to hurry 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop to catch the first bus to the airport. So I would not recommend relying on the shuttle and instead find other means of transportation.

A Truly Outstanding Stay: Sophia at the reception desk is absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, extremely polite, and genuinely committed to giving guests a fantastic experience. When our TV malfunctioned, she arranged a room change immediately. We also requested extra towels, which were provided promptly, along with daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is spotless, in a very safe area, and perfectly located just steps from the train station, supermarket, and excellent restaurants. Everything about the stay felt smooth, comfortable, and well cared for. A couple of minor upgrades — new mattresses and updated shower stalls — would make it even better, but overall this was an exceptional stay and we would happily return.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also had the breakfast and found it to be good, not great but good. It's very convenient by train as the station is one block away. I would definitely stay here again.
