Lieber Gast, Sie hatten sich bei Buchung für eine nicht Stornierfähige Frühbucherrate entschieden, die man eben nicht stornieren kann. Wir bieten in solchen fällen jedoch immer aus Kulanz einen Ausweichtermin an. Ansonsten entscheiden Sie sich für flexible Raten, die man jederzeit kostenfrei stornieren kann. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

günstig mit Parkhaus in der Stadt gelegen

Aufenthalt gut, lediglich die Dame zum Checkout 11:15 Uhr war unangebracht schnippisch: Wenn Frühstück bis 11:00 Uhr ist kann nicht angenommen werden, daß alle Gäste !am Sonntag den Checkout um 11:00 Uhr im Blick haben - das kann man a) ändern (Checkout 12:00 Uhr) und vor allem FREUNDLICH und nicht oberlehrerhaft und schnippisch reagieren. Offensichtlich die Regel bei der Dame: Nicht nur uns, sondern auch den nach uns auscheckenden Gästen wurde die wenig gastfreundliche Art zuteil.

Schönes Hotel mitten in Zwickau.

Sehr saubere und erst frisch renovierte Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.
