+To qualify and maintain Gold or Platinum membership you must meet the relevant threshold of qualifying room nights in a/each calendar year.
++Claims must be made within 30 days of travel. Wi-Fi and airline luggage charges are reimbursed in BONUS+ once per calendar year for Gold members and twice per calendar year for Platinum members. Claims can be made up to the value of €20 for each luggage claim and €15 for each Wi-Fi claim. Claims must relate to Wi-Fi/luggage charges associated with an ebookers flight or hotel booking.
Free Airport Lounge Access
The Dragonpass lounge passes are accessed by claiming your unique eCertificate(s) to show at the lounge upon arrival. To receive your Dragonpass eCertificate(s), please request them by entering your ebookers account email address via the link below, and the name of the person for whom the lounge access is required. An eCertificate for each lounge pass will be emailed to you at this given address. The unique eCertificate can then either be shown on your device or as a print out at the lounge upon arrival, along with a valid form of identification to verify the guest name on the eCertificate.

Happiness Promise
The Happiness Promise is our way of giving you peace of mind that your hotel stay is perfect. The Happiness Promise means that once you reach Platinum status you'll have access to exclusive support for your hotel booking. In the unfortunate event that you arrive at your hotel and the room is not as described or the hotel is not able to honour your reservation; we'll arrange a new hotel of the same standard or better for you and pay the relocation charges.
The Happiness Promise does not cover dissatisfaction with hotel services not included in the original booking such as room service, restaurant services, spa services or other in hotel services. Only pre-paid hotel reservations booked through ebookers will be eligible. Additional evidence may be requested via email as instructed by the agent when you call.
Ebookers reserves the right to refuse any claims that cannot be verified or for which you have provided incomplete or inaccurate information.
Get BONUS+ for the travel activity of your choice
We believe that travel is how we live out our passions and discover new ones. That’s why we reimburse our Gold Members up to €35 in BONUS+ once per year and our Platinum members up to the value of €35 twice in BONUS+ per year on in-trip activities, booked on-site. This means you could use this BONUS+ towards your next trip.
This benefit can also be used on travel expenses including ground transportation, WiFi, luggage costs, you will need to upload a copy of your receipt.
