The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. Caldera Beach
Last day we had to use the common showers at reception to get ready and they were in a very very poor condition! It was a complete disappointment and ruined the whole stay

Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort
Hotel staff were excellent in particular customer relations who organised a special cake for a seven year olds birthday and were always on hand to help. A free room upgrade and good selection of food on offer all day. Would recommend and would stay here again.
