Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. ..."

"Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy."

Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too.
