Room was incredible. The spa and pools even moreso. Staff was courteous, and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue and they were so supportive to make our stay excellent. Highly recommend Kempinski if you’re staying in the Dead Sea, and especially the Spa rooms!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The grounds were so beautiful and service was excellent. The beach was well maintained and the pools were incredible. Thank you Nermin for the warm welcome and for taking care of us, it made the stay extra special!

Excellent attention to detail and service. Facilities were ample and lux - the property itself is impressive and the beach access was very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast buffets had plenty of options. Room was large with an outdoor area and complimentary water and coffee. Overall - A++
