Hotel has 2 names. I am American and speak English. My Chinese spouse needed an hour to get us here. First free shuttle is 5am. We had to use taxis. Only good I can say is near the airport. Novotel Nanjing Airport
The airport shuttle works till 8pm so we had to take taxi. The room was clean and staff were very helpful especially at breakfast. The hotel is 10 km from airport.
