When I get there, the host attendant was so rude. And then, when I got into my room, it was like they gave me the room, they were still working on like one of the lamps was missing. The shower need to be fixed the sink drain did not work in the room. It was so much stuff.

Overall, I love my experience at Excalibur, but I don’t think our room was cleaned the days we were there. Our body wash was out the whole time. I think only the towels were replaced and the beds were made. Other than that, it was a great experience.
