- Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs.
- Hotel Policy: Standard rooms accommodate 2-4 guests. Hotel deposits are typically charged via credit card. Room type and location are not guaranteed. Check-in is usually after 15:00.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Tickets must be purchased through the tour guide.
- Itinerary Changes: Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- The San Francisco Bay Cruise on the day may be either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the cruise operator‘s schedule; as the pricing differs between the two durations, any price difference will need to be paid to the tour guide on-site accordingly
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
