Overview

Enter an eco-park adventure where the day moves between Maya culture, cavern waters, jungle trails, height, speed, and a local-style meal. This experience is designed for travellers who want an active outdoor day with different types of excitement in one place: swimming, rappelling, riding, flying, and connecting with the natural surroundings of the region.

The activity begins with a Mayan ceremony demonstration, giving the experience a cultural opening before the adventure shifts into the park circuit. From there, travellers will swim in a cavern cenote, surrounded by fresh underground water, then take on a short 4-meter rappel for a vertical challenge.

The energy continues with an quad bike ride through jungle-style terrain, adding dust, movement, and off-road excitement to the day. The aerial circuit brings the strongest adrenaline, with 4 fast zip lines, 3 canopy lines, an aquatic zipline, and a 1 km zipline.

  • If you book the shared quad bike option, the vehicle will be used by 2 travellers. Reservations with an uneven number of participants cannot leave one guest without an quad bike partner; in that case, the remaining traveller must switch to an individual quad bike and pay the corresponding upgrade at check-in. Each quad bike can carry a maximum of 2 travellers. Guests who want to drive must be at least 16 years old and must show a valid driving licence or permit.
  • The meal provided during the tour is one Mexican dish selected from the à la carte choices available that day. This is a fixed part of the standard service and cannot be changed for allergies, dietary needs, food restrictions, personal tastes, or special requests.
  • Pets, emotional support animals, and companion animals are not accepted on this excursion. Guests may not bring animals in the transport or into any activity area for safety and operational reasons.
  • To protect the natural water of the cenote, travellers who wish to swim must enter without sun cream, insect repellent, creams, lotions, oils, or any similar body product.
  • Please avoid bringing luggage to this experience. Only small personal items, compact bags, or small backpacks are allowed. The vehicles used for the tour are assigned for passenger transport and may continue moving as part of the operation during the day. They are not available as storage spaces and cannot be used to watch over, protect, or hold suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
  • For safety reasons, some activities have maximum weight limits. The zipline circuit allows up to 110 kg per participant, while horseback riding allows up to 120 kg.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

The experience takes place at an eco-park where culture, jungle action, water, and height come together in one active day. Upon arrival, travellers will begin with a Mayan ceremony demonstration before moving into the adventure circuit. Guests will swim in a cavern cenote with fresh underground water, then continue with a short rappel descent of approximately 4 metres. The route also includes an quad bike ride across jungle-style terrain, adding movement, dust, and excitement to the experience. The aerial section features 4 fast zip lines, a 1 km zipline, an aquatic zipline, and 3 canopy lines, allowing travellers to enjoy the park from above through a mix of speed, scenery, and outdoor fun. Adventure equipment, a life jacket, a cenote guide, and an adventure guide are included for the activities. After completing the circuit, travellers will enjoy an included Mexican dish with a light drink, closing the day with local flavour after the park adventure.
