Leave Agadir in a comfortable minibus and head north, with a short stop at an argan oil women’s cooperative to discover traditional production methods. If conditions allow, pause for a quick photo of the famous goats climbing argan trees, one of Morocco’s most unique sights.
Arrive in Essaouira (Mogador) for a brief orientation before enjoying 3–4 hours of free time to explore independently. Wander through the UNESCO-listed medina, visit the historic Sqala ramparts, explore the fishing harbour, stroll along the Atlantic beach, and relax in Moulay Hassan Square. Optional camel and horse rides are available along the shoreline.
The port area offers numerous seafood restaurants and grills where you can enjoy freshly caught fish, while the medina's white-and-blue streets, artisan workshops, and ocean views create a memorable coastal atmosphere.
On the return journey to Agadir, stop at Taghazout Beach, Morocco’s famous surf village. Enjoy free time to walk along the beachfront, take photos, admire the coastal scenery, and, depending on the season, watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.
After the stop, relax on the drive back to Agadir with hotel drop-off included.
