  • Please be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Time listed are departure times. If you miss the sailing there will be no refund.
  • If you are arriving by cruise ship, you must reach out directly to the tour operator with your ships name and port times! Not all times will work with our schedule. No refunds will be offered on the day of departure if your times don't fit with ours..
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Activity itinerary

Join us on an all-inclusive, Semi private sailing experience, Just for You! We sail with a maximum of 6 guest. There is no end to what you can see while sailing with Virgin Islands Day Sailing. Join us as we explore the most breathtaking locations around the Virgin Islands. Create timeless memories as you experience spectacular sailing destinations with those you love. Full day excursions depart from our slip in Sapphire Beach Marina, St. Thomas at 9:00 am (You can board as early as 8:30) with a return around 3:30. If everyone is on-board early, we’ll get an early start. ​Enjoy the sights and our open bar as we sail. Our destination will be the St. John National Park and the picturesque surrounding cays. You will have the chance to discover why many say that St John offers some of the best snorkelling and swimming locations in the Virgin Islands. ​We usually try to hit two different locations with a fresh grilled lunch served between stops. Our locations will be picked based upon the wind, weather and crowd conditions. Our goal is to stay away from the stops that are frequented by the cruise ship excursions. Great excursion. Nice way to see the islands. Mark and Rusty did a fantastic job of telling us about the islands, stopped at two locations to snorkel. Small group of 6 which made it really nice. Highly recommend

Captain Mark and Rusty did a great job Beautiful boat, lunch was amazing and Michelle loved swimming with the turtles. If you'd like to go snorkeling but don't want to deal with the crowds on the big catamarans, we highly recommend taking this day trip! Great music as well.

Awesome day trip. Mark and Rusty brought us to an amazing reef and we were the only boat there. Good food, Rusty kept the drinks coming and even though I lost an earring, I still give it 5 out of 5 ;) Highly recommend

The sailing experience was excellent. Captain Mark and Rusty were great and it was a great way to spend the day. We enjoyed snorkeling around Christmas Cove and Little St. James and the lunch was excellent. We highly recommend the trip.

Mark and Rusty made the day so fun! It was a windy day, which made for a “sporty” journey. We got to snorkel at three wonderful locations, where we saw turtles, lobsters, rays, and fish of many stripes and colors. The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful. Excellent service!

Lovely day sailing and snorkeling with interesting group. We saw some incredible underwater sights- beautiful coral, fish and sea fans. Great lunch and drinks too. It was a really enjoyable day. Highly recommend!

Mark and Rusty provided a great day from the time we arrived until we arrived back at the dock. They were great hosts and made everyone feel welcome. They explained the what islands we were seeing, a little bit of history, where to snorkel, drinks, and an excellent lunch!

What could be better than a day sailing around the beautiful USVI? Mark and Rusty were wonderful hosts. They took us to two wonderful and uncrowded snorkeling locations, prepared a lovely lunch for us, and showed us around their spectacular waters! It was a beautiful, perfect day! Highly recommend!
