Our tour guide was great about giving us all the history. Overall I thought Pamukkale was underwhelming and crowded. The ruins are cool to see, but I don't think spending an entire day of your vacation doing this activity was worth it

The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was supposed to be Max of 14 people but there were 16 booked on. With being first pickup and last drop off we spent an extra hour in the morning picking people up and 90 mins extra on the way back for drop off, this made it over 14 hours for the day. Pummakkale is beautiful, the most disappointing part was Cleopatra springs were all closed and looked like they had been for a while, if we had known this prior we would not have booked the trip.

The advert for the bathing at Pamukkale is deceiving, it is not where you can bathe and was nothing like it. It was just a Run off of water and not good enough for photos. Plus Cleopatra’s has been close all over winter and until June for maintenance. If I had known that the bathing area was as bad as it was and that Cleopatra’s was closed, I would not have wasted a full day (6:30 til 20:30) and £125. 3/10.

I totally recommend to do it, it is worth it. You can try some extra attractions like paragliding or swimming in the Cleopatra pool.

We had a fantastic day at Pamukkale. We were picked up and drop off to our hotel. It was a long 3 hrs journey from Antalya to Pamukkale but it’s all worth it. Seeing the Cotton castle Pamukkale is a bucketlist with nice photos, swimming to hot springs Cleopatra is a must too. We had a very good time. Our tour guide Bekir is very knowledgeable and given us free time to explore. He’s very good. Our driver, Tebek is a good driver too, he picked and dropped us off to our hotel safely. The whole journey enjoyable, lots of sightseeing. Nice Buffet lunch with desserts too.

Our guide Ms Dilek was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Pickup was at the scheduled time. The transportation was good. Lunch had a elaborate spread. Dilek unsured that vegan food was made available. Sufficient time was given to explore every spot. Overall it was a day spent well.
