WHAT THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- Private guided visit of Ávila, accompanied by an official tour guide, visiting the city's main heritage sites. Depending on the option selected, the experience will also include admission to the interior of the Cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to one of the sections of the Ramparts, from where you will enjoy unique panoramic views.
- Entrance fees to monuments, included in the option with admission to interiors.
- Artisanal yema pastry rounding workshop, where participants will learn about and experience first-hand the traditional process of making this emblematic Ávila sweet.
- Food tasting of local products: 1 red wine and 1 white wine with the Cebreros PDO, and 2 local artisanal cheeses, made from sheep and goat milk.
PROGRAM:
Morning schedule (Monday to Friday)
· 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Private guided tour of Ávila's main historical sites. In the option with tickets, the tour also includes a visit inside the cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to the ramparts.
· 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Exclusive workshop on rounding egg yolks, with an explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a food tasting of specialities from the bakery.
· 1:30 – 2:00 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect for rounding off the experience with a gourmet touch.
Afternoon schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
· 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Private guided tour of Ávila's main historical sites. In the option with tickets, the tour also includes a visit inside the cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to the top of the ramparts.
· 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Exclusive yolk rounding workshop, with explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a food tasting of the bakery's specialities.
· 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect for rounding off the experience.
DURATION: Approximately 3.5 hours, designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, harmoniously combining history, culture, and gastronomy.
