What you can expect

Dare to discover the underwater world with a diving baptism on the Barcelona coast, ideal for those who want to experience the unique sensation of breathing underwater for the first time.

This introduction starts with a short 20-minute theory lesson where you'll learn the basics of safe diving: handling equipment, underwater communication, and basic rules. Then, you'll enjoy a guided dive from the beach, in shallow waters (max. 7m), exploring the local marine life: sea bream, salps, octopuses, anemones, and much more.

The activity, which lasts about 1.5 hours, includes a certified instructor for each participant, full equipment, insurance, use of facilities, a souvenir certificate, and digital photos of your first underwater adventure. It's the best way to decide if you want to take the plunge and get certified as a diver in the future.
