Single or double kayak (depending on booking and availability), comfortable and stable.
Lightweight double-bladed paddle, adapted to the user's size and experience.
Approved life jacket, mandatory for all participants.
Watertight container to protect personal items from water (cell phone, keys, food, etc.).
Crash helmet (mandatory inside the Congost de Mont-rebei).
Basic assistance and prior briefing on the route and security regulations.
Transport by boat from the Corçà jetty to Montfalcó
Items not included in the kayak rental:
Guide or accompanying instructor (the activity is self-guided).
Food or drink (we recommend bringing water, snacks and food)
Appropriate clothing or specific footwear (you must come prepared with a swimming costume, hat, footwear that can get wet, etc.).
Transport to the meeting point (travel to the jetty is at the customer's expense).
Waterproof electronic devices (waterproof cases for phones or cameras are not provided).

Starting point
Corçà jetty. From the Corçà jetty, there is a boat transfer to the kayak starting point (included in the price).

Requirements
Be able to swim

Minimum age: 6 years old (supervised by an adult)

Basic physical fitness

Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Recommendations
Wear footwear that can get wet

Sun cream and a hat

Water and some food (can be carried in the watertight container)
