What you can expect

We at the Dr. H. Thanisch winery have been making high-quality Riesling and other varietal wines from the most famous vineyard sites around Bernkastel-Kues for over 350 years. The wine tasting offers you 4 wines to taste, including one from one of the most expensive white wine vineyards in the world: the Bernkasteler Doctor. We also tell anecdotes and stories about wine, our winery, and our wines. Afterwards, we offer a small guided tour of our vineyard, our production facilities, and our warehouse.
