We were way overcharged for this tour. A couple of vouchers for fast food and a magnet weren’t worth paying more than triple what we’d had paid for a bus ticket in the piazza.

The sound quality. My connection to the audio guide didn’t actually work at all so I shared earphones with my companion. Even at that the sound quality was poor and we missed a lot of what was being said. I thinks it’s ambitious to call this a “ Food tour” or indeed a “ hop on hop off tour”.

I didn’t find this tour good value for money. The bus did not stop at the places I was hoping to get off at and the ticket collector was quite dismissive of myself and another passenger wanting to get off. The stops around the city are poorly labelled so it was difficult to find them. In the end I gave up and walked instead.

I'm very disappointed in this tour. I booked it in the morning and the only available hour was 2:30 PM. The package was supposed to include a bus tour, train ride to St.Luca and "tasting of local food on a farmers market". Once we met the girl from the company she said we should do the train first but there will be no time to do the bus tour, since it will be too late. This is unacceptable - why are you taking money for an afternoon booking since you won't be able to fit everything within the day?? Also the "food tasting" is actually two vouchers for meatballs and desserts in two various venues located in the opposite parts of town. I'm very disappointed in the whole thing, but I was not feeling too well otherwise I would have requested a full refund. The tour includes hop-on-hop-off tickets (that you can easily purchase yourself) and is too overpriced for what you get. There is no tour guide, they rely solely оn what you can listen on the bus anyway. Awful! A waste of time and money!

Enjoyed seeing areas of the city outside of walking distance. The bus passed the highlighted areas too fast to take pictures or comprehend the site with the tour guides explanation.

They didn’t announce the stops. It would be helpful when they talking about each stop if they would announce the # if the stop so we could follow where we are.

Our bus is 45 minutes late and there is no other bus coming for an hour.
