Weather and cancellation policy

The park may not open or may close earlier than scheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

If the park announces a closure in advance due to weather conditions and the ticket has not been used, passengers are entitled to a full refund.

If the park closes before the scheduled closing time due to weather conditions, passengers are entitled to a full refund.

As an alternative, passengers may choose to use the park’s optional rain insurance, which allows them to return on another available operating date according to the park’s conditions. Choosing this option is voluntary and does not replace the right to a refund when applicable.
