Do not book this experience if you are arriving from a cruise ship. It will be a guaranteed regret. This operator does not communicate or collaborate with you on getting to the meeting point. They take your money and move on. When we completed the reservation we reached out to determine the meeting point as we had never before visited this area of Spain. We advised we were arriving via a cruise ship and the arrival time. Their response was to simply provide a map and a message that the meeting point would be one of two places. We thought we understood and there wouldn't be any issues. The day before the scheduled excursión we reach out again and learned for the first time the meeting point was 45 minutes from the place our ship was docking. It was impossible to get to the meeting.point on time even though we clearly communicated our arrival time when we made the reservation. This operator could have clearly communicated this in the description of their excursión and in their response to our initial queries. They didn't care. They also didn't care when we respectfully communicated they could have been much more collaborative in making sure someone not at all familiar with how to get around in a completely strange place would clearly understand what was involved in getting to the meeting point. They just didn't care. Their communications clearly demonstrated their indifference. It became clear to us that they wanted to get our money and move on. It is unfortunate that Viator sponsors these businesses. We believe most operators do care about creating a positive experience for travelers. Not these folks, though.

This was a great day and all around really fun trip! The guys’ English was amazing and we had someone explaining to us in English for just the two of us, as most of the group when we went spoke Spanish. This was really helpful. All the people taking it were very friendly and chatty. Went and kayaked initially to a snorkelling spot and then kayaked back and looked in some coves and caves. Some really cool things seen snorkelling and the geology was very impressive. The communication through WhatsApp was very detailed and as stated on the website. It was a bit of a trek for us to get to from almeria as we didn’t have a rental car but there did seem to be buses just at slightly awkward and limited times. We got a taxi which was a set price (73€) from the city to the beach (Las Negras) and the taxi driver came and met us right after so that worked well for us even though it was a slightly expensive option. Really enjoyed the kayaking, good length tour and can’t wait to see the photos! Thanks for a great day.
