Discover the amazing seabed of Cabo de Gata Natural Park
Immerse yourself in a snorkelling experience designed to discover the incredible biodiversity of Cabo de Gata in a safe and fun way, suitable for anyone with basic swimming skills.
After a short explanation on how to use the equipment and the safety rules, your guide will accompany you throughout the activity to help you identify marine life as you explore one of the most spectacular volcanic seabeds in the Mediterranean.
Each day, we carefully choose the location between El Corralete (next to the Cabo de Gata Lighthouse) or the Los Escullos Jetty, always selecting the area with the best sea conditions and visibility so that you can enjoy the experience to the fullest.
During the tour, you'll discover Posidonia meadows, tunnels, and rock formations of volcanic origin, and you'll be able to observe species such as salps, zebra bream, striped mullet, damselfish, wrasse, dusky groupers, dusky groupers, urchins, and, with a bit of luck, octopuses or groupers.
The tour guide will stay with you at all times, explaining the species you come across and sharing interesting facts about the Natural Park's marine ecosystem, making the activity a true discovery experience.
We work with small groups of no more than 8 people (usually between 4 and 6) to offer fully personalised attention.
All equipment is renewed each season and includes mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit when necessary, and safety buoy. In addition, we will take photographs during the activity, which you will receive later via a private Google Photos link.
At the end, you'll enjoy a soft drink or a beer while we discuss the experience and share the best moments underwater.
