We booked the catamaran tour. Once there we saw a very different boat which was not a catamaran at all and had very limited space on the outdoor deck. We thought it was going to take us to a catamaran. 20 minutes into the ride they told us the actual catamaran is under maintenance. There was an inside cabin which took away the whole experience. Of course you want to be outdoor with the sunny weather. So given the price and the fact nobody (marinemundo or getyourguide) informed us we had a bad experience and the price quality ratio is not good. The staff overall was friendly and that was okay, but again, a explanation before hand would have been nice. We are still waiting on a solution from get your guide.

I've been on a few catamaran cruises and this was the most basic. They sailed very slowly round the penon de ifach and stopped around the other side of it. We hardly travelled away from the port. Then they dropped anchor so we could swim and we sailed back round. Drinks were available at a cost and there was little interaction from the crew during the trip except to tell us about some safety instructions. Not a lot of atmosphere on the boat. It wasn't much of a trip because of how little distance we actually sailed

When I pay for a catamaran ride I guess I'm expecting to sail on the waters. This trip consisted of over-packing a catamaran with passengers and then using the ship's engines to only go around the rock of Calp, set anchor and watch people jump off the side of the boat and in to the water for over an hour. I got very bored quickly. I did get to hear at least 45 minutes straight of Lady Gaga songs playing back-to-back on the boat speakers. The bathroom toilet was clogged with vomit from a sea-sick woman who didn't like the waves from just sitting there rocking. The only wildlife we got to see was the fried egg jellyfish that were floating around the boat the whole time. It was the worst catamaran ride we have ever had. Our visitor from out of country was so excited to go with us and I was embarrassed how bad it was. With no sail out, I might as well have went on a motorboat. I do not recommend.
