What you can expect

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind immersive experience and a secret speakeasy prison with tickets to Alcotraz Cardiff. Enter an exciting world of mischief as you are instructed by notorious bootleggers on the inside to smuggle in alcohol to make bespoke cocktails.

Immerse in a storyline that is brought to life around you through characters including The Warden, the Guards, and Inmate Cassidy – all played by actors. Be as creative as you can with your attempts to smuggle in liquor.

Alternatively, the bootlegging gang has got the Guards on your side who have their own system for hiding contraband. Just make sure the Warden doesn’t catch you. If you really want to get into character, try out an American accent and throw yourself into multiple secret missions.

If you prefer to sit back and enjoy, see your illegally smuggled liquor combined with liqueurs, bitters, and homemade syrups to make contemporary and classic cocktails for your time behind bars.

Honestly was the best 2 hrs we laughed for the whole time! Drinks were delicious! Only 1 drink non of us liked and the lovely barmaid replaced them for ones we did like. Would highly recommend this experience. I booked this for 8 of us for my mums hen do weekend we are now planning more girls trips to the other Alcotraz locations to try them all

I had an amazing time at the Alcotraz cocktail experience! From start to finish, the immersive atmosphere made it feel like I was stepping into a real prison (but with much better drinks). The actors were incredible, staying in character the whole time and making the experience both fun and engaging. The cocktails were top-notch—expertly crafted and tailored to my preferences, making every drink a surprise and a delight. The whole concept of sneaking in your own liquor and having the “inmates” mix up creative cocktails added to the excitement. If you’re looking for a unique night out with great drinks and top-tier entertainment, Alcotraz is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!
