Tourist Bus: Chitwan to Pokhara and Pokhara to Chitwan
Chitwan and Pokhara are two of Nepal's most visited destinations — and the tourist bus is the easiest way to travel between them. The road takes you through the Terai flatlands, across river valleys, and up into the hills as Pokhara gets closer. It's a genuinely good journey, not just a transfer.
The bus runs every morning in both directions. You leave at 7:00 AM and arrive around lunchtime — early enough to check in, drop your bags, and still have most of the day ahead of you.

Seats are 2x2 sofa-style with decent legroom. A bottle of mineral water is provided. Luggage goes in the hold. The bus stops once or twice along the way for tea, snacks, and a bathroom break — carry a small amount of cash for that.
The road passes through hilly terrain so arrival times can shift slightly. Our drivers know this route well and take it steadily.
