What you can expect
Experience the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye on a three-day journey through some of Scotland’s most spectacular landscapes. From mountain valleys and lochs to rugged coastlines and Highland villages, this tour offers an unforgettable introduction to Scotland’s natural beauty.
The adventure begins with a journey into the Highlands. A highlight of the first day is Glencoe National Nature Reserve, one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, renowned for its dramatic scenery and place in Scottish history.
Continuing through the Highlands, the route passes through Fort William before reaching the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct. Set amidst magnificent Highland scenery, the viaduct overlooks Loch Shiel and is one of Scotland’s most recognisable landmarks.
By evening, the tour arrives on the Isle of Skye, widely regarded as one of Europe’s most beautiful islands. Over the following two days, travellers explore a landscape of mountains, cliffs, waterfalls, and coastal panoramas.
The first full day on Skye includes Sligachan, Portree, Kilt Rock, the Quiraing, and Fairy Glen. Together, these locations showcase the island’s remarkable geology, dramatic scenery, and unique character.
The second day explores Skye’s western coast, including Coral Beach, Neist Point Lighthouse, Talisker Bay, and the Fairy Pools beneath the Black Cuillin mountains.
On the third day, after further time exploring the Isle of Skye, the journey returns towards Edinburgh through the spectacular Highland landscape. Along the way, there is a stop at Eilean Donan Castle, one of Scotland’s most photographed and recognisable castles. Beautifully situated on a small tidal island at the meeting point of three sea lochs, the castle provides one of the most iconic views in the Scottish Highlands. The visit is intended as a scenic stop to admire and photograph the castle from the outside.
Accommodation is not included in the tour price. Participants are advised to arrange their own accommodation on the Isle of Skye for both nights of the tour.
All tours depart from and return to Edinburgh. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are provided throughout central Edinburgh and the greater Edinburgh area.
To ensure a more personal and enjoyable experience, all tours are operated exclusively in small groups of up to 6 participants.
This tour is conducted in Croatian and is intended for Croatian-speaking travellers (including mutually intelligible regional variants).
