- Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old
- Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old
- Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above.
- Children under the age of thirteen must be accompanied by adults at all times
- People with disabilities receive complimentary admission upon presentation of valid OKU ID at the ticketing counter
- Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.
- Expired e-ticket(s) will NOT be acknowledged, extended, replaced or refunded
