You will be personally guided by Laura, the owner and cellar manager, who has inherited the technical expertise and passion of her father – a winemaker, cellar manager, and sommelier by vocation.
This is not a sightseeing tour, but a technical and personal encounter. Laura will guide you through the vineyard rows and into the family winery, sharing the production philosophy of a micro-enterprise that focuses entirely on exceptional quality and respect for the Peccioli area. Sensory Journey (5 outstanding wines):
The experience explores native grape varieties interpreted with artisanal precision:
L'Autoctono Bianco: A Tuscan IGT made from Trebbiano Toscano grapes, which, in the Peccioli terroir, reveals an exceptional minerality and structure.
The Character of Sangiovese: We will taste “Celso” Rosso IGT, a Sangiovese-based wine that embodies the purity and strength of the area's premier grape variety.
The Chianti Tradition: You will taste the Chianti typical of this area, an authentic blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia, which is distinctly different from the wines produced in other parts of the region.
The Elegance of Red: You will discover “Scarlet,” our Rosso Toscano IGT, to round out the estate's red wine portfolio.
The Historical Archive (The Exclusive): The grand finale is the opening of the Passito IGT. Description of the experience:

Philosophy of Pure Tasting:
To enable you to appreciate every subtle organoleptic nuance (just as a professional sommelier would), we will pair the wines exclusively with Tuscan bread and our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). This technical choice is crucial: the bread and oil cleanse the palate and enhance the wine's characteristics, preventing overly strong flavours from cured meats or cheeses from masking the wine's delicate notes.
