- Pickups outside of Ponta Delgada will be charged extra or may be declined, due to logistical reasons;
- Bookings made less than 48 hours before the beginning of the tour, may not be able to get swimming tickets to the Caldeira Velha hot springs, due to limited swimming slots;
- Failure to confirm if you'll want swimming tickets to the hot springs within 24 hours of being asked, may result in not getting tickets;
