・Factory experience of the unique KISEKI: knife making

  • Knives made with the latest technology (60 minutes)
    Experience the process of making the KISEKI: knives, which are extremely popular and difficult to obtain both domestically and internationally, with a one-year waiting list.
    You'll also get to try cutting with the knives and experience sharpening them.
    ・Pocket knife making using scraps (30 minutes)
    Create a one-of-a-kind pocket knife using scraps of wood from Gifu Prefecture for the blade and the handle. You can also engrave your name or other designation on the handle with a soldering iron, making it a perfect souvenir of your trip.
    ・Immediate sale of the KISEKI: knives and other products (bypassing the current one-year waiting list) (※Limited quantities available.)
    ・Lunch at the traditional Japanese house restaurant “Hana” (approximately 90 minutes)
