Enter an authentic artisanal dairy in Gioia del Colle and learn how two of the most famous products of the Apulian tradition are made: mozzarella and burrata.

The experience begins with a short walk from the meeting point, crossing Via Roma and passing by the place where the history of the dairy began about 80 years ago.

Inside the workshop, you will meet the master cheesemaker, who transforms milk into mozzarella and burrata every day using artisanal techniques handed down over time. You will follow the main stages of the process and participate directly, learning to shape mozzarella under his guidance.

You will taste the freshly made products, still fresh from processing, and discover the differences between mozzarella, burrata, and other typical cheeses found on Pugliese tables.

If you choose the superior option, you will end the experience with an Apulian aperitif at a trusted bar, accompanied by typical snacks and an alcoholic drink or soft drink.
