Departure and Route
The journey begins at 9:00 AM at the Mobilitas E-bike Rental in Pragelato (Viale IV Novembre, 11). After a short briefing, you will warm up by descending towards the picturesque hamlet of Pourières. From here begins the real ascent: a steady, scenic climb that leads to the high-altitude pastures of Pian dell'Alpe.
Once you reach the ridge, you take the famous Strada dell'Assietta, winding between the Colle dell'Assietta and the Testa dell'Assietta (2,566 m). The route passes by historic fortifications and monuments, offering a commanding view of the Chisone and Susa valleys.

Stops and Refreshment
Along the way, the landmark for a rejuvenating break is the Rifugio Casa Assietta, where you can enjoy typical Alpine cuisine at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, surrounded by a silence broken only by the wind.
