Please do not go to the ticket center or to the entrance of Neuschwanstein Castle, but you must redeem your voucher with your guide. From April 1 to October 15, the tour departs at 9:00 AM, and from October 16 to March 31, the tour departs at 10:00 AM. There is a minimum of 10 people required to run this tour. Please also note that the tour may be canceled due to unforeseen illness.
