The activity takes place at Masseria Vico, an organic farm that has been active for over 30 years in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil, fruit, vegetables, eggs, and grapes, and in the processing of its own wheat for bread and flour in the farm's old oven.

During your visit, you can choose two glasses from six selected wines, accompanied by local cheeses, olives, taralli, and friselline with tomato, all locally produced. The food tasting takes place in an authentic rural setting, where you can discover the genuine flavours of the area and learn about the agricultural traditions of Salento.
