What you can expect

During this day you will learn to dive in a safe and controlled environment. During the morning you venture out to the local beach, where you will complete the first 3 training sessions. There you will be able to learn and master the basic scuba diving skills required for the certification course. Following this, your guides will then help you download your open water diver manual, allowing you to complete a little theory work either at the dive centre or in the comfort of your hotel room.

During the afternoon will see you head to the ocean where you will complete two open-water dives. During these two dives you will ultilize some of the skills that you have previously learnt in the pool, as you take in the beautiful marine life that Gran Canaria has on offer.

The day starts approx 8:30AM and finishes at approximately 4:00PM. This means in the afternoons you will be free to relax and enjoy the sun as you please.
