The experience will begin with a tour of the vineyard near the winery, during which we will share the history of our estate and what we produce. We will then continue with a tour of the winery, where we will explain the processes involved and how wine is produced. Afterwards, the tasting of our wines, olive oil, three different types of honey, and pollen will begin under a pergola (in case of rain, the tasting will take place in the cellar). Depending on the time of year, visitors can observe some of the production processes (harvesting, foot pressing, and vinification can be seen in September, while bottling and labelling, which are done entirely by hand, can be seen in early March). We will strive to help our guests understand the love and passion we put into our work.
