Food Sample Making Create a lifelike replica of your choice: Takoyaki, Roll Cake, Parfait, Pizza, or Shrimp Tempura. Sushi Candle Making Using traditional wax, you'll craft a beautiful sushi-shaped candle. Too cute to light — it also makes a wonderful piece of home décor. Before crafting, learn why food samples originated in Japan and how the techniques have evolved — through easy-to-understand explanations. Take your finished pieces home with you.
