What you can expect

Discover the Margaux's world-famous Medoc wine region during a half-day tour departing from Bordeaux, with a small group of no more than 8 people. Enjoy the opportunity to visit two Classified Growth Châteaux and taste wines carefully selected for their reputation and unrivalled quality.

Meet your guide in Bordeaux's city centre and depart in a comfortable Mercedes minivan to the Margaux's Medoc wine region, passing through endless stretches of remarkable French countryside along the way. Medoc consists approximately 5,700 hectares of declared vineyards, producing an average 300,000 hectoliters of wine annually.

After a brief introduction to the region and its history, set off on a guided tour that takes you from the vines to the ageing cellar, learning all about the fascinating winemaking process as you go. Next, deepen your understanding of winemaking during a tasting session with rich commentary.

During your fun and informative tasting, sample several wines and discover the typical colours and aromas that make the Margaux appellation such a regional treasure. Your experience ends with a relaxing via back to the Bordeaux city centre.
