Broken Beach locally known as Pantai Pasih Uug is one of the top picturesque and most visited destinations on Nusa Penida Island. Uniqueness, a tranquil and incredible scene, which is a great spot for travel photographers and panoramic view seekers. Where there are reach of cliffs 50-200 metres high. Cliff circular shape and the middle forming holes like caves or tunnels sea. The sea water as if caught in the middle of the cliff that makes it seem a big pond. Broken Beach (Pasih Uug) has big natural pool, with about a hundred metres in diameter, created by sea abrasion and collapsed limestone hill in million years ago. This hole has 98 metre in diameter and offering unique and scenic view.

Poorly organized, uninteresting and overcrowded places. Plus I didn't find Nusa Penida beautiful to be honest Tour guide barely spoke any English Was asked to pay extra both for food as well as for pick-up from Uluwatu

The owner/driver was nice, but the tour was very disorganized. He was late in picking me up and stated he only knew about the booking the night before the tour. He dropped me off after the tour 2 hours late (7pm. arrival). Good to be honest, but as a customer, I do not need to know about any issues or hear any excuses. I paid for a private tour, but he made me wait about 30 minutes in the hotel of the other 2 clients he picked up, who were not ready when we got there. When the boat arrived at the harbor- I had to tell/call him that I had arrived. He came but waited for the other two again to arrive before we went to our hotels. I paid for a private tour, so I do not have to wait for anyone. He should have another driver to be with me. The tour guide was nice at the Nusa Penida island and spoke some English. It was very hot, and he never offered to provide any water. I do not think he had water in the car. Thank God for the water at lunchtime. He said he had been doing tours for a year but did not know that water should be provided. Or should he be instructed to do so? One good thing is he took nice pictures. Lunch was so-so- no big deal. I'm not sure if he had to wait until my boat left the harbor, but he said he had to go- although it was about 30 minutes before I boarded the boat and left the island. I had a feeling that I would not have a good experience with this company, and I was right.

We had a good tour in the hands of Doni and his team. Doni is very informative. He provided us all the necessary information on who’s our next driver/guide and what to expect when we arrived to the island. Everything went smoothly. If I could change something it would be to be pick up around dawn to have more time on snorkeling cause Nusa Penida is ridiculously gorgeous spot for snorkeling. Other than that it was all worth it!

Amazing first visit to Nusa Penida with Doni and Adit! Trip was extremely well planned - from hotel pick up to arrival at the port, ferry ride and meeting our guide on the island, even though we were passed thru several partners, Doni and team maintained communication with us throughout via WhatsApp and clear instructions were given as to where and who to meet. Our guide on the Island, Adit was friendly and very accommodating, taking us to multiple view points and photo spots at each site. Car charted was large, clean and comfy. They even accommodated to our last minute early finish request, arranging promptly for ferry and return car pickup. Overall highly recommend! Would do the tour again!

The driver Agung was very helpful with picking me up and taking me back, we also arranged excursions afterwards. This is the first Viator trip/ group trip I've taken where there isn't a group leader with you at all times. Agung hands you over to a leader who walks you to the ferry terminal then you're on your own to find the right boat. Just follow the color of your lanyard (this isn't clearly explained). Then when you get off the boat, take the pathway towards the exit and someone will be standing with a sign for you (this wasn't clearly explained). The guide for the day was very attentive and this was 1:1; there was no one else with us. His English wasn't great but it was OK. It was a little rushed at the beaches. I wish I'd asked for 5 or 10 munites to sit and enjoy the view, it would have been fine because we made it to the snorkeling an hour early. Be prepared that when you step off the boat from snorkeling, you're back at the ferry dock and are rushed on board. I didn't realize that's where we were going, I thought we were going back to his car where I was going to change shoes, etc. All said everything was absolutely stunning. The beaches, the snorkeling, everything. Oh and you get a bunch of GoPro photos and videos from the snorkeling, too.

We had a wonderful time on this tour to Nusa Penida. From pickup in our hotel in Ubud, Mr. Doni had planned everything for us for one of our best days in Bali. Everything was arranged efficiently, so we didn't have to worry about a thing, very seamless experience getting to the port and onto the boat, even though it was a bit hot while waiting for the boat. Our guide, Adit, on Nusa Penida was truly caring and pleasant and adjusted wel to our requirements. Even though the roads were bumpy on the island he made sure to drive carefully to let us get some sleep in during the car rides in the hot weather. The Cliffs were bit uneven, even though we could mange them with a small child, due to his guidance.

The tour was really well-organized! I got picked up by super nice driver who took me to the port and made sure i had my ticket and knew where to get on, and then the guide at nusa penida was already waiting. he also knew the good places to take pictures at, and was very polite, helpful and nice. he also took some great photos of me, but unfortunately there are also many photos where the angle was not good / not flattering, or the photos were crooked as i saw later, so that once i adjusted that, sometimes my feet were cut off etc. that is something he could work on, to be more aware of these things when taking photos. (once again, some were really good, just saying there could have been more good ones, especially since it‘s an ‚instagram‘ tour. i also think that with a bit of practice it can easily be improved.). the sights were great. however, the food that was available at the restaurant for lunch was bad (very watery curry, more like a very thin soup). apart from that it was a really good trip, and all the drivers / guides were really nice and the organization of the trip waa great! i‘m glad i went! thank you!
