What you can expect

Explore the underwater world with this introduction to diving course with hotel pickup and drop-off in Oranjestad. Get some fundamental dive training to help you decide if you want to pursue diving further. Identify up to 20 species of fish on a dive at the Mangel Halto Reef.
Enjoy the convienice of being picked up from your accommodation in Oranjestad and relax on the ride to the dive centre. Watch an engaging introduction video and read from the PADI programme book. Take a quick quiz to test your new skills.
Get a certificate of completion for the Discover Dive programme. Try out some of your skills with a dive professional in the shallow water. Gear up and head out to the Mangel Halto Reef for your dive. Feel confident in the water with the help of your instructor.
Look for colourful fish and marine life like octopus and cuttlefish. After your dive adventure, return to your accommodation in Oranjestad.

Loved the chance to try scuba and the guide was knowledgeable and instructive but there was alot going on. My friend was not able to understand what was happening and she did not end up completing the experience. Things seemed somewhat rushed as a group showed up late and it appeared that the instructor was trying to accommodate my friend and I and the late group. Organization was lacking. Not sure I would recommend.

This activity fell just short of being a total disaster. While we were picked up early, we had to wait for another customer which took almost an extra hour and a half. Including the trip to the dive shop, we were in the van for almost 2 hours. We had to wait both at the dive shop for them to load the equipment, and then at the dive site waiting for the previous group to finish. We were told we were dialing a shipwreck but got halfway out and turned back. The visibility was poor, no wet suits were offered and one of our kids was shivering during the dive. The Dive Master made everybody lock arms during the dive which made it very difficult to swim and adjust your BCD. My wife and I are certified and one of the dive guides kept deflating our BC's from behind. All in all it was a very frustrating, uncoordinated trip, and a waste of our time and money. We will not use this outfit again.

This was such an amazing experience. Carlos was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and definitely eased our nerves about the experience. We had no experience with scuba, but Carlos was patient and helpful throughout the whole experience and made sure we were safe prior to our dive. Our actual dive was a lot of fun, we got to see a ton of fish and a cool shipwreck. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone visiting Aruba. 10/10!!!!!

I had a great experience scuba diving, thanks to the friendly and patient instructor! However, I felt I needed more time to practice equalizing. To enhance the overall experience, offering underwater photo opportunities would be a fantastic addition.
