What you can expect

Mount Athos is one of the most extraordinary coastlines in the Mediterranean — a 50km peninsula of ancient monasteries, vertical cliffs, and untouched forest, accessible only by sea. On this private cruise, you'll follow its sacred shores at a respectful distance of 500 metres, taking in monasteries that have stood for over a thousand years: Simonos Petras, Dionisiou, Agiou Pavlou, and more.

Departing from Ouranoupoli (Eagles Resort), the 5-hour itinerary hugs the Athos coastline before stopping at the Drenia Islands for swimming and snorkelling, and finishing with a visit to Ammouliani Town — where waterfront tavernas serve fresh seafood (lunch not included).

Departing from Vourvourou (Ekies Resort), the 7-hour itinerary covers the full experience with extended time on the water — more coastline, more monasteries, and a longer stop at the Drenia Islands and Ammouliani. The extra cruising time from Sithonia makes this the most immersive version of the route. Both itineraries also include a stop at Ouranoupoli Town, a historic Byzantine village with the iconic Prosforio Tower.
