IMPORTANT: If you don’t have a car, you can request our transport service from the centre of Parma to make your trip easy and stress-free. Welcome to "Pasta Special Cooking Class" where with my guidance, you'll prepare tagliatelle and ravioli with seasonal fillings and sauces, allowing you to taste the best of fresh local products. If you’d like, you can enhance the lesson with the prized local black truffle, making your dishes even more special. At the end, you’ll enjoy the pasta you’ve made, accompanied by an aperitivo with wine and local dishes. To finish, I’ll surprise you with my tiramisu—the best my friends have ever tasted (and I’m sure you’ll agree!).
