Access will not be allowed to participants who arrive outside this time period, as it affects the logistics and quality provided, and no exceptions will be made. These reservations will be considered a no-show, and in accordance with the reservation and cancellation policy they will not be able to request a refund, rescheduling or any type of compensation, as it is the customer's sole responsibility to arrive on time.

What you can expect

Learn how to make the famous “Pastel de Nata” from scratch, being one of the only workshop where you will make the dough too, so that you can return home and enjoy the traditional Portuguese pastries made by you.

While learning how to bake traditional pastries, you can taste a regional wine and learn about Portuguese culture and history through a gastronomic conversation.

Once it's ready, it's time to enjoy the learning results with some warm pastries!

In this experience, the host will give participants the opportunity to alternatively participate in the different phases of making the pastel de nata. Groups can have up to 12 participants.

The tour starts at the scheduled time, with no exceptions and for logistical reasons it is not possible to join once it has started.

This is a group workshop for adults, not children. Children under 15 are not allowed to join for logistical and safety reasons. Families with children should book a private workshop.

Only participants with a reservation can enter the space, companions are not allowed, regardless of age.

Clara was our guide/chef. She was delightful and funny from the start. She was very inviting and inclusive of everyone at the table. My family really enjoyed the experience of making Pasteis de Natas with her. Clara broke down the recipe very well and we each were able to participate in the construction from start to finish. The facility/kitchen was clean and perfect for this type of instruction. Highly recommend this class for couples/families/groups. We had an outstanding time.

I absolutely loved this class. Our pastry chef was knowledgeable and very whitty!!!! She is a gem. The only thing I'd change is to have people wear food-safe gloves. Yes, everyone washed their hands initially, but gloves should be used. Excellent, fun class 😊
